As the founder and managing director of International Management Services, Deepak Sharma brings over 29 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, industrial project management, and business development across Oman and the wider Middle East & Africa region.
His deep expertise in the Sultanate of Oman — its regulatory environment, market dynamics, and infrastructure landscape — has been the cornerstone of IMS's ability to deliver results for clients. He has directly managed and executed civil engineering projects including precast concrete works, open-channel construction, and infrastructure supply contracts for major government and private-sector clients.
Deepak's domain spans civil engineering consultancy, precast solutions, industrial equipment and spares, FMCG and agro-trade, and supply-chain management. His approach is hands-on and relationship-driven, focused on quality execution over volume.
Under his leadership, IMS has established strategic alliances with Apollo Infratech, Parker Plant India, AZCT Zenith Concrete Technologies, and Jagruthtech — positioning the company as a reliable facilitator for industrial and infrastructure projects across Oman and MEA.
